This house is located 20 minutes from the Arizona Cardinal football stadium and between the Spring Training fields of the Texas Rangers/Kansas City Royals and the San Diego Padres/Seattle Mariners. If going to Casinos is something you enjoy, there are plenty of those around.
Sunshine Getaway is a beautiful setting and a very comfortable, nicely furnished 2 bedroom and 2 bath home. It has a private front patio with a fire pit and sitting area, great to enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine. There is also a back patio with a table for 4 and a bbq grill. Also, a great place to sit and read on the green belt with a grapefruit and orange tree in your backyard.
The home has two large bedrooms both with queen beds, two large walk in closets. Two full bathrooms, guest bathroom has a tub and shower. A very large and comfortable living room with large tv. Dining room can sit 6, set for 4. Kitchen table can serve 2-4 individuals, set for 2. Fully furnished with llnens, towels (bath and pool), totally stocked kitchen with pots and pans, dishes, utensils, crock pot, soup pans, baking dishes, wine glasses, coffee pots (Keurig and carafe), etc. Ask the owner, I am sure it is here! Large clean and finished 2 car garage with opener. The rental covers two people in the house. Additional people are allowed for limited time, extra cost.

Entertainment System In the large living room there is a 65 inch tv and in the master bedroom there is a second tv.

Utilities All utilities are included in the rental fee. The $500 deposit holds the house and then is used toward Security Deposit and cleaning fee.
