It is located in the heart of Green Valley in a friendly, safe, and well-established 55+ neighborhood 5-minutes from the East Social Center and a few minutes drive from several shopping centers, the Green Valley Public Library, and, the Green Valley White Elephant thrift shop.
Impress your friends and family with a newly remodeled Green Valley guest quarters while you reside in your own private suite in the 1,400 square-foot residence.
The main suite features a large bedroom with king bed, a bathroom/laundry, an updated kitchen with a new refrigerator, a new stove, and a new dish washer, and a spacious Arizona Room with a flat-screen TV.
The guest quarters feature a bedroom with king bed, bathroom, and a large living room with a comfortable hide-a-bed; an en-suite laundry, pantry, and a kitchenette with a two-burner induction stove top, an air fryer, and a microwave.
Both units have separate entrances so you will not be tripping over each other coming and going. The guest quarters include a large-screen TV so your guests can relax while watching their own favorite mini-series on the large flatscreen TV.
When your out-of-town guests depart, you can entertain your Green Valley guests using the entire house – the guest quarters for quiet conversations, the Arizona Room for games, and the adjacent outdoor patio for a breath of fresh air.
Included in this package are all utilities and trash pick-up, wifi, and YouTube TV.

Pictures of the main house will be published later in July. It will be fully furnished and the kitchen fully equipped.
Membership to the nearby Green Valley Rec/Social Centers (GVR) Complex my be purchased for a nominal fee. GVR offers everything from swimmingf/water aerobics and warm spa's to lapidary shops to billiards to pickle ball at ten different locations. (Please ask for details.)
For golfers, the fabulous Haven Golf Course is just a few blocks away while San Ignacio can be found just a few minutes down
