Welcome to Green Valley! My home is available for a 3-month minimum or long-term (1-year) rental. It is located in the heart of Green Valley in a friendly, safe, and well-established 55+ neighborhood two blocks from the East Social Center and a few minutes drive from several shopping centers, the Green Valley Public Library, and perhaps one of the best Thrift Shops in Arizona. Membership to the 10 GV Rec/Social Centers is available for an additional fee.
In addition to the 2-bedrooms, the home has a sunny and spacious office for those working remotely. The intenet has historically been fast and reliable and should work well with your personal streaming subcriptions.
For golfers, the fabulous Haven Golf Course is just a few blocks away. (The property has a "guest house" residence in the back of the home that is currently rented long-term.) Please contact me if you are interested in a long-term lease! I will accept pets with an additional non-refundable sanitation fee and, depending on the size of the pet or pets, a monthly rental rate.
Notes: This rental is rented fully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen. The furniture dipicted is for staging purposes and will be updated with similar furnishings once the current tenant vacates the premisis. Please ask owner for information on other rentals he has available in Green Valley.
