A very comfortable home that feels like HOME! Come enjoy your cup of coffee or glass of wine on the front or back patio. Totally furnished and supplied so you can come with your pj's, toothbrush and bathing suit! Towels and linens, including pool towels; totally furnished kitchen, dishes, spices, wine glasses, serving dishes for a holiday! Crock pot, pots and pans, blender, electric beater, electric gridle, coffee pot (both carafe and Kuerig) etc. A gas bbq grill on the back porch. A large gated front patio, lots of sitting areas, and a gas firepit to enjoy in cooler months! You will find everything you need. Two large bedrooms both with comfortable queen beds, large walk in closets. Two full bathrooms. Two car garage with opener.

Seven (7) golf courses to use, 4 different Rec Centers with pools at all of them, some have both inside and outside pools and jacuzzis. Bowling alley, movie theatre, lawn bowling, bocci ball, pickle ball, tennis, pool tables, outside concerts on the lawn, too many amenities to list. Look at Sun City West on the website. BEAUTIFUL pools, grounds and surrounding neighborhoods.

January, February, March and April - RENTALS FOR THE MONTH ONLY.
October, November and December consider weekly rentals. ***Higher rate for Thanksgiving week and Christmas and New Year weeks.

Entertainment System Large 65 inch smart tv in living room. Second smaller tv in master bedroom in reading/sitting area.

Utilities All utilities included with the rent that is paid. $500.00 deposit covers the cleaning fee and taxes. No other charge/fees...just the rent. ;-) NO LAND LINE

Scenic View

The back patio sits on a greenbelt. Looking to the West from the backyard you can enjoy beautiful Arizona sunsets. There is a grapefruit tree right outside the kitchen door. An orange tree a few steps away. Yummy! Enjoy fresh juice for morning or use for cocktails! One of my favorite things about this house and location.

The front patio, you can also enjoy morning sunrises. I have a gas fire pit on the front patio. Nice to use when the nights are cooler in December or January.
