It is not! It is private in the backyard,and strictly used by you.

Additional Rate Information This property must be rented at least for three months at a time,due to the HOA rules.Sorry we can not do weekly or a one month rental.We have a property manager that lives in the tract if you have any questions or problems. We will walk the property with you before releasing it to you.You will be given a garage and gate opener.There will also be a $200.00 nonrefundable cleaning fee.This can be deducted from your $2,000.00 deposit.

Additional Bedding

Detached Bedrooms Part of the great room is what looks like a built in,but is actually a queen size Murphy bed.All the sheets and blankets are in the cabinets on either side of it. In fact,there are back up sheets in the closet of every room.There is a California King mattress on the floor in the huge walk in closet in the master suite.We use it for extra company,and is quite comfortable.So in actuality it can sleep eight people if needed.

Scenic View

While sitting out back at night,you can see the all the lights of Laughlin.And the stars in Arizona are so clear and beautiful.I've seen three shooting stars myself.
